A rep visited us for advertising in the printed yellow and white pages. we agreed and they gave us a quote which we accepted. they took all our details - (no final proof was sent to us for signing off.)
all of a sudden we received the new yellow and white pages directory. lo and behold the telephone number was completely incorrect! all the previous years it was correct - why now all of a sudden? somebody smoking their socks??? even the number on the electronic yellow pages is correct - do they have doing the printing then?
this is now going to cause huge loss of business as our business number is not printed at all nor our fax number and the number that they have printed in this new book is completely different. we tried to phone Telkom to maybe put a message onto this number giving our correct number, but the number that we received from telkom does not exist either!
i think that Trudon should be shut down or the service taken away from them completely because they are a bunch of!!! they are businesses of their money and giving nothing in return - just more stress!!!
