Blue Lakes Advertising and Promotions have the branding on my new Tata Indica Vista that I purchased with their help in May of this year. All terms and conditions were understood and signed for as per usual. Unfortunately at the beginning of July my digital camera malfunctioned and showed the incorrect month on the photographs submitted onto the Blue Lakes website under my user name. I only realized my error on the 1 Aug 2013 when my Blue Lakes Advertising reimbursement was not paid into my bank account. I contacted the Support desk via the online help Desk on 01/08/2013 on support ticket # 402539. On 08/08/2013 Colleen from the Support desk replied back simply stating that the dates were incorrect and thus no adv fee will be paid to myself for July. I replied back to Colleen requesting some form of lenient compromise from Blue Lakes due to technical errors on my digital and human error but to no prevail.
