According to a legal... well not that Blue Lakes has regard for anything legal from the looks of all the complaints on Hello Peter, but never the less I have a legally binding contract with them that says that if I apply their advertising branding to my car and drive set amount of km's a month and submit my photo's on a monthly basis between the 1st and 7th of the month I receive a refundable amount by the 1st of the next month. I have done my part and uploaded every picture correctly (as per the contract) and on time in fact two days before the deadline and some how Blue Lakes SA staff "missed" my photo's and I was not paid the refund. I query this and after speaking to several people and wasting my time they "found" the pics and admitted to "human error" HOWEVER I have still not been paid! I was told that the money would be paid with my next refund which I refused because as far as I know a legal contract is a binding document and if the money is not paid (which it is not) then Blue Lakes SA is breaking this contract. The payment is now six days late and I was told that it would be paid by Monday 05 August. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY! It is shocking that a company this size had
