About 2 weeks ago I received a call stating that I have been handed over due to non payment of my son's subscription to real life bugs for Jan and Feb 2013. I was shocked as I pay by debit order and had no previous correspondence regarding non payment. I checked my bank statement and found the debit order had gone off my account in jan, however for feb there was no debit order. I immediately contacted them to request a correction and asked for an acc no where I could pay feb's money into. I spoke to Palesa who told me to email my statement as proof of payment for Jan and that she would sort it out. I am still waiting. I have sent several emails after the initial email and am still waiting for them to respond. This is very dissappointing and once I have sorted this out I will be cancelling all my subscriptions I have with this company.
