I bought a groupon voucher for a 12 month Womens Health subscription, thought this would be great, because I buy the magazine every month anyway so now it just gets delivered to my door and I save money...
The first month went great, I received an sms confirming that my magazine was on its way to me, got it the very next day and it hasn't been out in the shops yet. Since then, no sms's and for the last three months I have to send an email to ask for my copy of the latest issue, what an inconvenience and then the person who responds gets your name wrong in the return mail! I honestly do not see the point of having a subscription if you have to send an email every month to ask for your magazine. I find this unacceptable, is this because I got a discount through groupon? or is this the standard of service that Media24 offers? It's more worthwhile going to the shops to buy your magazine every month, think twice before signing up for a magazine subscription with Media24!
