Incorrect issues delivered and way behind in issue

My daughter wanted ""Billy Bones" so because I missed out on issues 1, 2 and 3 I decided to go direct with Jacklin. BIG MISTAKE!!! Saturday passed, I received issue 9 & 10. What the heck happened to 7 & 8??? They are at least 9 issues behind as per what is in stores. Their customer service is disgusting and because they stuff up, My daughter is left waiting almost another 28days for the issues to arrive and perhaps the incorrect ones again. I have no had enough, this is not the first time I have received bad service from Jacklin. I want the issues up to date sent to me, with a detailed bill and they can consider the subscription cancelled. They don't live up to their promises and to make it worse explain to a child why something she has waited so long for is up when it arrives?!
