Magazine Subscription not effected

I signed up for a magazine subscription for Braque magazine ion August 11 2012 and paid for the subscription fee via EFT at the decorex event bheld at Galagher Estate. To date I never wceived a copy of the magazine and its 11 months down the line no feedback whatsoever from the Blaque. I do not understand how this could have not been picked up and I have been waiting for my publication to be delivered at my residential address supplied at the time I signed up and I haven't seen a copy in almost a year. How did this happened and was there no one keeping track of such and ensuring non delivery is avoided.?
