Prize Won - Not Received

I won a competition on Jacaranda 94.2FM on Monday, the 08th April 2013. I have been waiting to receive my prize ever since then. All attempts, by myself, to contact the stations client contact centre (Stephen Tshaka), Finance department (Sithembile Ndlovu) and their General Manager (Kevin Fine) to enquire when I can expect to receive my prize, have gone un-answered.
