JACKLIN ENTERPRISE - DOES NOT DELIVER GOODS

On the 21st of March 2013 I placed two orders for their Billy Bones collection starting at issue number 3. I was advised delivery will take between 14-21 days. To date - 30 May 2013, I have only received 1 copy of issue 3 and 1 copy of issue 4. I have called them numerous times, I have emailed them on over and over again. The so called Customer Care Consultants can only say "from what I can see on our system, your order has been dispatched". When I called this morning apparently issues 5-8 were dispatched on the 14th of May - I have not even received 3 and 4 of the orders initially placed in March. They make no effort to ensure delivery will take place, make no commitment to their customers, YET, they have NO issue deducting the money from my bank account to pay for these orders, after I have specifically instructed them in writing that they are NOT to deduct any monies from my account if I do not receive my orders. They have not once offered an apology, an explanation or even to refund me the money they deducted without my consent. People please think twice before you order anything directly from them as they do NOT deliver yet you still pay
