I have contacted Jacklin Enterprises in January 2013 with regards to missing Ferrari issues from a subscription. Louisa Barnard contacted me and explained that they don't have stock, and don't know when they will be receiving stock from their supplier in the UK.
She assured me that she will follow up and inform me accordingly, but the last response that i received from her was on 18 February 2013.
All of the monthly subscriptions have been paid every month via a debit order - so all off the issues have been paid for, but I still did not receive 4 issues. These are issue number 54, 55, 57 and 85.
Is there anyone out there that can assist me in resolving this matter?
