BAD BAD DELIVERY SERVICE

Hi there! I subscribed in February 2013 for a 1 year subscription, but requested that it be back dated, which your'll kindly did for me. But ever since I've subscribed, I've been having problems receiving my magazines. From the very 1st issue (feb issue) I did not receive my magazines on time, and had to phone and request it be resent to me because I have not received any. In March I requested a resend again as I have not received the March issue also. In April I was not available for the whole month but the person I left in charge of my mail told me it had only come @ the beginning of May and now May is here and I still have not received my May issue, even after asking for it to be resent again about 1 and 1/2 weeks ago. When I subscribed, I paid off my entire subscription fees (R300) instead of paying half (R150) thinking if I do that then I won't have a problem, but it doesn't seem to work. I am still waiting for my May issue!!! At first I thought it must have been my mistake, so I checked and re-updated my details 3 times but it turns out my details were correct and the fault isn't mine. I am terribly upset with your'll's service. I expected much better from your'll!!! thanks
