BAD SERVICE from Whole Sale Print

Business Cards were ordered - We phoned to ensure that the artwork was received and would be worked on. Sarel responded saying he would look at it that night. He said his turn around time was 5 working days.
Phoned again to ensure that it would be completed on time on the Monday - he took no calls, but got hold of a Hennie at his office - who promised to check and come back to me. He did not. Next day phoned again, same story, but this time Hennie did phone me back - using foul language to inform me the client I would get my cards when he says so. So deadline missed extra expense to have a few cards printed. Hennie finally phoned to say cards could be collected and as luck would have it, they were no where to be found. Sarel or Hennie. Cards picked up - and artwork was moved around by the printers and logo now printed perpendicular - have sent email - not willing to phone and be sworn at again by the rude people. And guess what no response. They just think they do not have to fix anything with regards to the cards that were paid for upfront. Do not use this company that has no manners and no work ethic.
