I AM VERY IRRITATED AND DISSAPOINTED WITH RMCS. I WENT TO EDGARS GERMISTON FOR A SIM SWAP AND THEY HELPED ME CALL RMCS. WE SPOKE TO SEVERAL CALL CENTER AGENTS WHO PROMISED TO HELP ME. I WAS TOLD TO PAY AN AMOUNT OF 140 INTO THEIR STANDARD BANK ACCOUNT SO THAT THEY CAN DELIVER MY SIM CARD. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY SIM CARD SINCE THE 29 OF JULY AND I WAS PROMISED TO GET MY SIM CARD WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PAYING THE 140 BY THE LADY CALLED TSHOLO FROM RMCS HEAD OFFICE. PLEASE HELP ME GET MY SIM CARD COS I HAVE BEEN CALLING RMCS FOR THE PASSED WEEK AND THEY FAIL TO HELP ME
