Good morning. My husband was a Marketing Director of a company. Last year in July he had a stroke and heart attach. His speech was severely effected and can hardly speak. His contract with Vodacom is quite expensive and he do not or cannot use it as in the past. We are trying to get a cheaper contract for him, because he do not use it. His contract only expire in Aug next year. You only get through to call centres and they just told you that if you cancel the contract you will pay a penalty.
