We had a power outage in the portlands mitchells plain area for 6 hours, i have a 5 week old baby and no power... no one let us know that the power was going to go out so we could of prepared ourselves, that is poor poor poor service wait wait the plot thickens... i live i a high crime area and this tik koppe that live here will your teath out ur mouth.. so i decided to get cctv installed... so the power goes out and guess what they jump my wall and all my pool stuff and try to get a braai that weighs about 200kg over my wall.. with no luck so they decided to throw it over my lawn... now when the power came back on i couldnt wait to check the recording and guess what because of the surge it up everything i cant even view, so i want to know who is going to ;pay to get this fixed and what is goin to happen now.. isnt there some othere company out there still in process to give us better service and why didnt this power outages happen 15yrs ago.. its sad that certain people get royal treatment, do the president also get power outs... all i want to know is who is gona make right what went wrong...
