I would like to lay a complaint against the above-mentioned SPCA. My brother had a school project to complete and it involved visiting the SPCA and asking them 6 simple questions about their operations. When my brother arrived he asked politely whether someone could just assist him to lease fill in the necessary questions. He was very rudely told that they are too busy for this and the lady who said this to him then sat down and continued to eat the food on her desk. He then asked if he could the at least go through and look at the dogs and take some pictures as proof that he was there and he was told that he has to be a volunteer and that they were not allowed to go through. I cannot believe that this type of attitude is floating around our local SPCA. I mean this is a child who wanted to complete a project and he got treated so disgustingly. He will probably never in his life visit a SPCA again after this visit.
I would like to know what the restrictions are on asking questions about the organisation and why people like this are working there.
