I was really disappointed at Abi, I bought a 2 liter of Fanta, and when we drank it at home, it was tasting funny, checked the expiry date and it hadn't expired.
I then sent an email to ABI, to inform them about this like they always say on their packs.
But then they responded to say I should take is to the shop or canteen where I bought it from.
Didn't even give me a courtesy call to find out if the product didn't harm any of my family members, or if I still have that bottle with me, or if the shop I bought it from is close enough for me to send it back, I just felt like they were dismissing me, take it back to the shop or canteen you bought it from?
Is that what we should now expect from our service providers? Shocked.
