Monthly gym fee debit order not cancelled

I have cancelled my subscription in February 2013, which was in my cancellation month. I was then advised that my monthly debit order would also be cancelled. At the end of Feb my debit order went through. I queried this and the explanation was that the system was down and they could not rectify it. I would be reimbursed. At the end of March I did not receive my reimbursement yet so I made sure not to have any money in my bank account. The debit order went through again, bounced and then went through again on a different date with a different Amount linked to it. After numerous phone calls and time wasted am I still waiting for feedback on when my money will be refunded. Its always the same excuse but no solution. I have to keep on paying for services that I no longer use.
