Doves Bellville dealt with my father's funeral arrangements in a poor manner. After we were assured that they will fall in with our arrangements (time and date), we made all the necessary arrangements and payments before the deadline. They did not communicate to us that they were running into problems on the day of the funeral (4 April 2013). They arrived an hour late at the venue. Even though we were assured that they would formally apologise (in writing) and a refund of R1000 would be given to my mother, none of it has materialised to date.
