I have been waiting for my parcel for 6 weeks now. On tuesday i decided to make inquiries as to where my parcel is. I phoned Speed Services and was told that my parcel (TF 412 369 496 ZA) was delivered to the Post Office in Hillshaven on 7/03/2013 I phoned the Post Office in Hillshaven and was told that after a month if a person doesn't collect their parcel they send it back to the sender. I never recieved any notification from the post office to let me know that the parcel is ready for pick up. I phoned Speed Services back and the consultant took my details down saying she will get back to me and she never did until today no surprise there. I went to the Post Office in Westonaria to speak to have a face to face discussion with the lady i spoke to ealier in the day and she told me that my parcel is presumed lost/missing and the sender needs to put an inquiry report so an investigation can be launched to see where the parcel went missing. I am very disgruntled about this matter and am at a loss for words as to how irresponsible ppl can be with parcels when we the public rely on the services of the Post Office and Speed Services to deliever our parcels. I WANT MY PARCEL FOUND!!!
