We bought a Groupon voucher for a photoshoot with CayleeG photography (Pretoria area). From the start, Caylee was unpleasant to work with.
After waiting 2 months for our photos, she informed her clients that their photos had been sent to them on a CD via the postal service. We never received our CD, which she blamed on the SAPO's strikes. We contacted her to make alternative plans to get hold of our photos and even offered to pay for courier services or to pick up a copy of the CD from her house. She then said she had deleted the photos and that we would have to wait for the CD to be delivered via the SAPO. We never received our photos and have to kiss them good bye. This is absolutely rediculous. Who, in their right mind, would delete a client's photos from their computer before the client has received their photos? When I confronted her, she became defensive and rude and didn't want to accept any responsibility to accountability for her pathetic service and excuses. She told me to ask Groupon for a refund. Seriously???? Groupon has nothing to do with the transaction anymore, they did their part. Absolutely pathetic!!!
