In November 2012, I ordered and paid 28770.75 for airconditioners from Dries Olivier. This is 75% of the contract price
On tuesday 12 February Dries Olivier promised to come to site to install aircon pipes on a new building site. He failed to pitch
He did not answer any of my calls or email for him to contact me asap
On Wednesday 13 February, after 8am I still did not hear from him, so I contacted his office.
Theresa answered the phone and told me that Dries said he will be on site today. She can't get hold of him either to confirm the time.
I have called him and texted him numerous times.
Finally he replied to say that he will be on site, but he is not answering his phone or replying to his sms as to what time he will be on site.
This had severe financial implications for me as I was delaying the builders
He finally came and installed the pipes for me and when I contacted him again last week to come and install the aircon units he was not responding to my requests
By this time last week in April 2013, I held him under breach of contract and contacted Hirsh to take over the contract
