Go2global has in 6 months deducted nearly R 10 000-00 from my account, without delivering a single booking to my guesthouse. With my first complaint, in February I was told that there was a problem with the viewing of availability of rooms. I was told by the owner that the account will be placed on hold for three months, to see if, after the system was activated (!) if I actually do get bookings. They have now again deducted a payment, still with no results. I have sent a cancellation order to their email address, as I was told that although our agreement was just verbal, but recorded, the cancellation had to be in writing. Help!!!
