Smartcall subscription services claims that I have subscribed to their services 04/10/2012. Please explain to me how it is possible to subscribe to subscription services when the sim card is not even in use, NOT EVEN IN A CELLPHONE!!! This is totally unacceptable, I have contacted your call centre 27/03/13, and requested the subscription be cancelled and proof of when I joined this subscription I spoke to Lucia, ref: 007227, I am expecting a full refund as I know for a fact that I have not subscribed to this. IF ONE LOOKS AT ALL THE COMPLAINTS ABOUT YOUR SERVICES, IT ONLY GOES TO SHOW THAT YOU EVERYONE'S MONEY. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. If this is not sorted our as a matter of urgency I will be taking LEGAL ACTION...
