I bought a Groupon in February for two manicure/pedicure treatments at Le Suz Beauty Salon. The voucher is valid til May. I phoned on 25 March and got an automated voicemail saying the number no longer exists. I then Googled the salon in the hopes that the number had just changed, and that's when I discovered all the other HelloPeter complaints about the same salon. Turns out the salon is gone! I'm so disgusted with the ethics of the owner, Suzette Truter, that there was no prior warning or notification that the salon would be closing. But, by the sounds of it, I dodged a bullet with the awful treatments! I have emailed Groupon requesting a refund. Here's hoping...
