Tupperware carries a life-time guarantee on damaged goods and if the range has been discontinued, a substitute is given. So, in good faith, I returned several 'Sonstraler' lids (and containers) which had cracked, a few in September and again in October. The only communication with the consultants have been through my doing. Today I was told there is now an 'inquiry'. Into what, I have NO idea. I now understand why TUPPERWARE offers this life-time guarantee. The replacements take such a long time, at this rate, I won't be alive when/if the 'inquiry' is complete!!!
It will be interesting to see if TUPPERWARE respond!
