I was under administration and signed a contract to pay my debts to Mvelaphanda Administrators in the contract I signed in court. I paid off the money and when it was time to clear my name they say I owe another amount which I am not familiar with because my contract didn't have that amount in it. My name is not cleared because of the amount they now put on my account which wasn't even in the contract I signed. I feel cheated because no one calls to give a clear explaination of what is really going on. Why should there be an amount out of my contract? Why can't they just clear my name because I paid the amount I was due to pay in the contract I signed? I have all the documents and payslips to prove the amount was paid of and the contract I signed in court..
