March 2012 After being assured by Global Visas that once we signed our contract an Australian residence visa would be arrange for us. All documents were completed and certified copies of qualifications were hand delivered to Global Visas Cape Town by the end of March 2012. Due to the incompetence of Global Visas and their lack of communication with the Australian visa department my application was kicked out. I only heard of this by an e mail that was sent to Global Visas that I was cc'ed on from the Australian visa department. This was in October 2012. After long discussions with Global Visas and time taken for them to work out the situation, we had to start the process from the beginning. That was in December 2012. It is now a year later since we started this process and we are really no further than when we started in March last year. I would like my money back that I paid for the service that Global Visas never delivered as I am consulting a more competent visa agency.
