ROYCO ADVERT EXPERIENCE @ BUTTERFLIES HAIR SALON

Salon owner of Butterflies Hair Salon Mall @ Reds, Hubre Uys informed me that she thinks my GREY hair looks very good after my colour treatment at her salon. That might be the case, but I certainly did not request to have my hair coloured grey and patchy. I then showed her the pictures of my PATCHY hair on my BB. I made it clear to Hubre that I had presented the stylist with photographs of my desired result and she confirmed that she understands my expectations. Hubre wasn't open minded and her only solution was that I have my hair rectified by the hairstylist Dayle as she has all the trust in Dayle and that I will leave the salon with a smile. In-between our conversation she was mostly on her phone and left me at the mercy of Dayle whom was not impressed with me. I was indecisive as I have spent R1, 485.00 on a hair service that was horrific. Hubre did not consider any other alternative but to rectify my hair. I REGRET that decision as Dayle has burnt my hair off and left me with half the thickness of my hair.
