7 days return period

A sales representative from Mobiles plus contacted me wanting to sell an Mtn contract. I told the lady that i didn't want the contract. She said that its a special offer and can't send details but will send the phone and if I didn't like it I can return with in 7 days and the contract will be cancelled with no charge! On the 7/3/2013 the phone was delivered, opened the box saw that there were 2 sim cards in the box (meaning 2 contracts which I didn't agree upon, what should I do with 3 contracts, I have a Vodacom one already) and 1 phone. I took the phone and sim out too contact them to come and pick up their phone, to find that I can't phone because it wasn't activated yet.on the 12/3/2013 I went to Mtn Bethal to cancel the contract (BOTH OF THEM) and return the phone. They said that they don't do it and I must take it to Secunda Pick and Pay mall mtn.got there they made a few phone calls and said I must pay early cancellation fees (but still in 7 day return period).said phone has n mark on it and don't take damage phones (small spot on protection film).now i am stuck with phone and 2 early cancelation fees! request for the phone to be picked up and contracts cancelled as per agreement
