On the 07th March 2013 (Thursday) night there was lightning at the village and the power went off around 12 midnight then on the 08th March (Friday) at around 12am i reported to eskom they promised to attend to the fault but they did not, lately they sent a confirmation sms that the power should be on and if it is not i should phone again i never phoned because i thought they were going to fix until sunset, we slept without electricity and Saturday morning around 7 i phoned the call center and they said the same story again, they told me to wait 2 to 6 hours and that is what i did after those hours i got a confirmation sms notifying me that the power should be on and if not i should phone again, the power was still off and i phoned again around 12 they told me the same thing over and over again and was so patient, last time i phoned was around 4pm afternoon when i heard the same circus again and that when i started to be angry and giving up on trying to phone, I had ran out of airtime and all our phones at home were dear because of flat batteries, I lost hope and decided to report it to helopeter today. No water at home, our foods are also rotten so we dnt knw wht to do, pls hlp
