SA post office add this great service to pay for post boxes online. Excellent, right?

NO! For 2 years in a row now, I've had my post box locked for "not paying"!!! I paid months in advance and still my post box is locked. I have to spend my money waiting ages on a phone call to get them to unlock it and it's not even immediate! To boot, I have to send them proof that I paid!

SAPO, if you plan on offering a service, please make sure it works!!!

This is ridiculous!
