I am still waiting for a parcel that was sent via speed services on 14 February (Tracking Number TC136126941ZA). I can not track it on SAPO's system and can not get through to their call centre either. On 23 February I sent an email to Customer Services, but up to now have not received a response. If I had known that I was going to wait three weeks/ a month for a SPEED services parcel, I would have paid for ordinary mail or even courier services from another company that actually deliver on their promises. This is TOTALLY unacceptable!! Please let me know what happened to my parcel as soon as possible.
