Late delivery and incompetence

I put my order with Avon on the 19.02.2013 and the order was suppose to be delivered latest the 27.02.2013 and there was nothing when i went to collect my box. Yesterday 28.02.2013 I call them and they said maybe by the end of the day, now its Friday 01.03.2013 and its still not there, I call the call centre only to be told that the box was dispatched on the 23.02.2012 wich should have beed with me on the 26/27 now the box went missing, now i call them again and apparently it is still at the couriers floor and the driver is already out for the day so sorry Miss Maluleke you will only receive your order next week. Now my customers are waiting they were already paid on the 26 now the must stay another week for their orders, what happens when their money is finished, Avon will be on my case bcos i paid them late. How can I increase my customer base if am not reliable and cant keep my promises. How does it happen that the order remains on the floor while it was supposed to be delivered, how many calls how much money must i spend to follow up with avon for the order, and the big question is when am I going to get my order. The only response you will get is sorry Miss Maluleke will log a query
