I send a parcel on the 31st January 2013 from Welobie Post Office to Ramokokastad, Parcel TC190573532ZA. Parcel was market Counter to Post Box. I made it post box as i knew the recepient wont be able to collect parcel himself inside the post office. The parcel was delivered at 10 Days though i was told latest it will be delivered on the 4th February 2013. There were meetings that were due to be held based on the contents of the parcel and meetings were cancelled as the parcel was still not in the post box. I then managed to get someone to take a taxi to check the parcel inside the post office and the parcel was there. The lady in the post office and told my father that she forgot to put it the post box. I paid money to register the parcel and get it to the destination in time and i wasted almost 2 weeks because someone forgot to put parcel in the post box. I'd like to know how i will be re-imbursed as this has cost me time and money and left me with angry community members.
