The very same thing happened to me.
I bought the groupon voucher for a canvas from Bubbins. Placed the order as per the voucher fine print.
Received an email stating there was a mix-up and we can either get a refund or continue with the order. So I decided to go ahead with the order - I sent re-confirmation of my voucher redemption in late December.
Then I received an email from Tenille saying I will receive a tracking number for the canvas delivery in early January and to-date at 25-February I have not received a tracking number or the canvas!
I have emailed Groupon and Bubbins several times, but nobody is responding to my query/complaint!!
Just did a google search for Bubbins contact details and I found all these VERY SAME COMPLAINTS on HelloPeter.
What happens next? Have we been ripped off? Do we get a refund?
Be warned Dont do business with this Bubbins company
