I went to the CCMA to open a case after that me and Hancke went to meet with the commissioner and each of us gave our side of the story and after that we meet with another commissioner and there we settled on a amount of R9 000 that he had to pay within 7 day of settlement and he didn't. So I gave him a mont time and still didn't pay up then I phoned the CCMA ant told them and nobody could help me. Then after 3months he made a payment of only R3 000. Then I phoned the CCMA again and told them and all they said was so he did pay then I said only R3 000 not the whole amount as we agreed on and they say again but he did pay and still no one could help me I got so angry and didn't try again. I have my case number and all documents if you need them. Pieter Hancke paid the R3 000 on 2 August 2011 at 13:36.
