Eprint and bad customer service

Hi

My wife and I got married on the 10/11/12 we used a small busiess caleed universal studios for our photography.we picked up our albums on the 24/12/12, included in our package was a 1m x1m enlargment, there was a smudge of some sort on the photo so we gave it back the same day and upon return the owner agreeded that it was the printers error, we did not get any feedback for a month, there was also some reprints that needed to be done as the ones that was blur we had to ask and when we did they said that it was the framing process that damaed the photo and that was impossible cause it was never framed, we was told about a report from the printers that we never received and still awaiting so we asked for the return of the photo as we where gettig the run around for our stuff which we paid for in full on the 24/12/12. When we had asked about our reprints 2weeks prior they ad stated it is with the printer but last week we was told we had to choose new photos as the ones we choose cannot be reprinted. We are still awaiting fedback and the report from universal studios photographotography.
