I have really never received bad service from Gordons Bay Animal hospital, the normal girl that works there is amazing, friendly and helpful. Today i call in requesting a copy of an invoice that i have paid already and the women who answered said she is busy right now and cannot mail or fax it. I asked when she would be able to as i would like to send a legal letter to someone who's dog attacked ours and need this rather urgently. She said that she will do it on Monday and wont be able to get it done today.
She tells me i can come and fetch it anytime, but I am sure if i hadn't paid the account she would have faxed it immediately.
