Failure to complete installation and follow up

Installation happened on 28 Jan 2013
2 Technicians, 'Fungai' and another gent
21 of 24 downlighters replaced with LED downlighters
3 normal downlighters still to be swapped as the technicians realised that we have the incorrect transformers to drive the LED downlighters
Fungai said that he will follow up with the office and let me know availability and cost of the transformers and attempt come back and install the transformers and the last LED downlighters in a few days after installation
Fungai never called back or responded to my SMSes
I have called Karebo a few times and chatted to a service agent - each time they promised to find out from Fungai what transformers are required and schedule installation
Karebo also called me once after installation to enquire about my experience, I outlined the above, apologies were made with promises to schedule an installation but nothing happened
I called again this morning (20 Feb), spoke to an agent who informed me that the cost per transformer is R299 but she wasn't sure about stock
Requested to have a manager/team leader call me since it doesn't seem like any progress can be made through normal channels
Pathetic customer service thus fa
