Our company went out for a boat cruise a Saturday afternoon, but received extremely bad service form the head office.
The boat crew was excellent and cant complain about them, but cant say the same for the head office.
It was problem after problem starting weeks before we left.
In the end we lost almost two hours of our boat cruise due to head office mistakes, and when we emailed them about it, their response was weak and impersonal, we replied back to them proving that they were wrong and was then just ignored.
For the price we paid for the day we expected much better service and not to be ignored when asking questions!!
