I applied for a job at call2save and at the interview was promised a certain salary but when it came to contract signing the contract presented to me was not what was on the contract when I wanted to ask for the correct contract, while I was waiting their manager keketso rudely asked me what am I standing round for as I am supposedly keeping people out of work. As I do not stand for anybody talking to me that way I thanked them for their time and left. Only to be asked by the other manager why I left and I told him what had happened. He asked me if I would be interested in coming back as he considered me a asset to the company. Upon my return I was told that I would not be paid for the training and work I did as I refused to sign the incorrect contract. I find this highly unethical and probably illegal. I also question the b.e.e ratio at the company as I feel I was discrimated against as 95% of the people there where black and there was only 1% white people.
