Firstly, it's quite disappointing that it takes exactly 1 week for a response from Pikitup (which makes me wonder how many weeks I would have to wait for someone to contact me to obtain my details, which in turn makes me wonder how long it would take for corrective measures to be put in place from there)... No use apologising and not doing anything to rectify the situation!
Secondly, i have witnessed the same exact scenario from last week this morning where the Pikitup workers did not take the black bags yet again!!! I even politely asked the guys to please take the bags, and I was given the most hostile shouting at in a language that I barely understand. No guesses if they even bothered to take the bags... they are all lying on the street right now - waiting for stray dogs or vagabonds to rip the bags apart and dirty the streets. Or maybe the residents should just get together and dump the rubbish illegally somewhere? I am quite certain that this practice is everywhere, so why shouldn't we do it as well? Pikitup, give us the service that we pay for!!!
