Bad attitude and no service

I went to the Post Office to renew my car licence (disk). I queued for 20 mintes while one of the three Tellers chatted to a friend (no work was processed). Then when I got to the front of the queue I was told to go and get in another line for Teller 1. I asked the head Teller why there wasn't a sign to say that the licence were handled by only one Teller... he shrugged his shoulders. I also asked him if his customers were psychic as there was no indication, no signage to indicate where to go to get served. So I walked out of Balfour in disgust and went down the road to Norwood Post Office and, guess what, they also had no signage, no manners and no service ethic... fortunately a customer told me I had to queue at Teller 3 cubical or I would have wasted another 20-30 minutes.
Post Office and to think they want to upgrade to a commercial Bank is a JOKE
