The service provider promised on a email explicitly that he will be at the wedding venue till 22:00 at night but disappeared after the second speaker.
We miss the most important parts of our wedding e.g cutting of the cake, speakers, 1st dance, etc which are memories of our wedding that we will never get back.
When asked about this he was rude and kept saying we must check our contract, even though he is the one who said on email that it is just a guideline and will be accommodating to our needs and be there until 22;00.
After that it was as string of insulting emails and we could not believe that a service provider could talk to a customer like that.
I would never recommend them to anyone as a service provider. (especially for a wedding!!!)
