Neglect patients

I am complaining about the poor service here at John Hindon clinic in pretoria north. I came for family planning at 8am till 11am I am not yet helped. I went to ask at the reception what is going on but they answer you with attitude and they even tell u that there is nothing they can do and u can possibly spend the whole day at the clinic. This is not the first time and the women at the reception always has attitude and she is unfriendly. The service is poor
