Water bottles

I have purchased three tupperware water bottles and every time we drink from it, it has a bad plastic odour accompanied by other foul smells and it is very bad -I have spoken to other people with the same bottles and they said they dnt have same problem.please advise further as I spent alot of money for these bottles and expected quality and value from tupperware
