First of all, why am I getting a warning without getting a bill? This is happening for the
3rd straight month.
2ndly, After complaining over and over again that I live alone, and there is no way I can
be getting this kind of bills as when I was with Constantia Meters the highest bill I ever
got was R320, I'm here with same tv, fridge why am I getting R2600? Are you guys kidding
me? and most of the month I'm not home and this place is locked up how is it even possible
that you decided to send me a bill of R2600 just because you assume it's winter you just
make estimates and actual readings are not done.
You feel that cos this is a duplex I should be paying over R2000? Well I have news for
you, I've been working with lots of Impact meters customers and you guys will be going to
court very soon, you won't even believe the lawsuit coming.
I work very hard for money and I cannot be throwing away money for what I do not make use
The reason why you will never get away with this fraud is because 97% of your consumers
can never be wrong, you will have to deal with that.
I have had enough! This bill you sent me is not my bill, check and resend, I'm sure there

Last 2 months you disconnected my electricity when you know that I have paid and you guys
later came up with an excuse saying it takes 4 days for money to reflect when I always
bill my bills to reflect instantly.

I did not cook, guyser was off, could it be that my small Samsung fridge is costing me
$2600 monthly, GOD forbid!!! You will hear from me and millions of others who knows this
