A sales guy by name Micheal came to speak to my fiance and also falsely advertised the product to him with regards to the amount of money it will cost. He had to pay R11 000 on his credit card and the remainder of the rest of the R27 000 will only be paid once you start using the product and making money. Then the terms and conditions stated differently. He then let them know in writing that he would like to cancel and wants his money back as it was still within the 5 day cooling period as per their contract en the Consumer Protection Act. He drove to their offices to return the product which they refused to take back due to "copywrite". But as per their IT support this program cannot be loaded onto another computer as their is only once licence. But they refused to take back the product because they are so corrupt. They then deducted R16 000 off his credit card without his authorization after he told the bank not to allow the payment going through.
The sales person has now disappeared of the face of the earth and doesn't answer his phones calls at all. I think the way they are doing business is disgusting and serious investigation should be done with regards to this company.
