My heartache is more like it. What a terrible experience. Regardless of everything that transpired I am left with no puppy and no refund of my deposit.
We are left heartbroken by the experience with your company. This little pup was a truly heartfelt gift from my cancer suffering wife to me for Christmas and Mijoy turned it into a horror story.
You have no excuses for not replying to our many telephone calls, messages and e-mails. The only course of action we had was a formal letter requesting your response, and because of this you labeled us horrible people to whom you would not give your puppy and not refund our deposit without a "formal apology" YOU are the ones who should apologize! YOU left us heartbroken, YOU refused to let me collect the puppy no matter how nicely I asked. YOU insisted that my sic and pregnant wife write a formal apology on which YOU would consider refunding our deposit.
MiJoy gave me only heartache!
